Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us at info@kingswellbelmont.com and we will guide you through the exchange.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
